CRPS Fighter is a community-focused information initiative created to support people living with complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) and the family, friends, and others who support them. The site aims to provide a 360-degree view of information for CRPS fighters and their support teams, with an accessible, easy-to-understand layout intended to help educate readers about the condition. Its creator is a person living with CRPS, diagnosed after an accident in 2018, and draws on personal experience navigating tests, physical therapy, medical appointments, surgeries, and ketamine infusions.
The project grew from the difficulty of finding essential information that was both accessible and understandable. A younger family member’s CRPS diagnosis further inspired the creator to become more involved in the CRPS community and help others. CRPS Fighter is presented as an initiative in development, with more educational information planned.
Its focus is sharing knowledge and support rather than offering medical treatment or clinical services. The site also identifies a social media presence as a way to connect with the community
