About CRUDAN
CRUDAN, the Christian Rural and Urban Development Association of Nigeria, is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization that aims to empower the poor and transform society. Established in 1990, CRUDAN was formed by merging two independent Christian organizations to address the development deficit in rural communities in Nigeria. While initially focused on rural development, CRUDAN has expanded its scope to include humanitarian assistance.
With its headquarters in Abuja and offices in 5 zones across Nigeria, CRUDAN has reached over 1 million beneficiaries through various projects, impacting all 36 states in the country. Their work includes advocacy, capacity building, and humanitarian response in collaboration with churches and other stakeholders. CRUDAN offers programmes, consultancy services, and projects to promote sustainable development.
