Cruise Sørlandet

Cruise Sørlandet is the official cruise network of Southern Norway, bringing together local tour and attraction operators to create engaging experiences for cruise passengers visiting the region. Established in 2011, the network has 57 members representing destinations across Sørlandet. Its members offer visitors opportunities to explore the area through activities and adventures, cuisine and culture, history and heritage, nature and wildlife, and other distinctive experiences. The network also provides information about ports and local attractions, helping cruise guests discover the region and its communities.

Sørlandet offers a different perspective on Norway, with gentle forested hills and valleys, welcoming towns and villages, and a sheltered coastline dotted with rocky islands and islets. Cruise Sørlandet invites visitors to look beyond the region’s tranquil appearance and discover what it has to offer. The organisation also features a tour guide course and fast-track guide training. Through its network, Cruise Sørlandet connects cruise visitors with local operators and experiences across southern Norway, encouraging exploration of the region’s landscapes, culture, and heritage.
