About Cruse Bereavement Support Isle of Man
Cruse Bereavement Support Isle of Man is a free, voluntary, and confidential bereavement support service available for everyone. Our mission is to promote the well-being of bereaved individuals and provide them with the tools to understand their grief and cope with their loss. Founded in 1988, we have been serving the Isle of Man community for over 35 years.
Our services are provided by trained volunteers who rely on donations to fund our programs. We offer various forms of support, including one-on-one counseling, group therapy sessions, and resources for children and young people who are dealing with loss. As a company limited by guarantee and registered with the Isle of Man Government, we are affiliated with the national charity Cruse Bereavement Support.
We also receive partial funding from the Department of Health and Social Care.
