American Dental Association

The Colorado Springs Dental Society (CSDS) is a professional organization serving dentists and the wider community in the Pikes Peak region. Established in 1902, its mission is to advance community oral health and wellbeing while helping dental professionals meet the demands of their careers and practices. CSDS provides members with continuing education programs, including courses offering CERP credits, along with meetings and events that support professional networking.

Its resources include practice tools, staffing support, publications, a dental directory, member communications, classifieds for jobs and equipment, and information about discounts and professional benefits. The society also shares guidance on topics such as dental regulations, ethics, fluoride, and patient care, and helps connect the public with member dentists and appropriate sources of assistance. Through volunteer opportunities, health fairs, school outreach, and participation in community events, CSDS supports access to care and local service initiatives, including the Colorado Mission of Mercy.
