The Children's Services Council of Broward County (CSC) is an independent taxing authority dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and families in Broward County. Established through a voter referendum in 2000 and reauthorized in 2014, CSC provides leadership, advocacy, and essential resources aimed at empowering youth to become responsible, productive adults. The organization funds over 200 programs that cover a diverse range of services, including maternal and child health, family strengthening, and support for youth with special needs.

Through collaborative planning, CSC addresses critical community issues and works closely with partners to promote effective solutions, particularly for children aging out of the foster care system. As the backbone agency for the Broward Children’s Strategic Plan, CSC is committed to creating a brighter future for the next generation. With a focus on quality care and a community-driven approach, the CSC strives to improve the overall well-being of families, strengthening both the individual and the community at large.
