CSFA

Ceylon Sports Flying Association (CSFA) is a Sri Lankan paragliding school and club offering tandem flights, pilot training, and support for visiting pilots. Its operations focus on the central highlands, including 18 Bends near Kandy and Ambuluwawa in Gampola, with Avion Farm Retreat in Kantale also listed as a flying site. CSFA emphasizes airmanship, pilot screening, site preservation, and safety, following APPI standards and offering an FAI/APPI-aligned certification path.

Beginners can book a 15–20-minute tandem scenic flight from its Kandy base, with photos and videos included. For aspiring pilots, the P1 training workshop covers ground handling, aerodynamic fundamentals, altitude control, and technical flight skills, with a logbook and licensing track. Visiting pilots can obtain daily site passes that include site briefings, launch and landing-zone transport, and local weather alerts.
