About Commissioner James Brown
Commissioner Troy Downing is the driving force behind the brand that is dedicated to serving and safeguarding Montana consumers. The brand, known as the Office of the Montana State Auditor, Commissioner of Securities and Insurance (CSI), is accountable and responsive, regulating the insurance and securities industries, investigating fraud, and prosecuting criminals.
