CTC Martial Arts & Fitness Centre

CTC Martial Arts & Fitness Centre is a family-owned martial arts school in Chestermere, Alberta, offering Taekwondo, street defense, and physical fitness training. The centre aims to provide a fun and safe environment for members of all ages and experience levels. Its programs include Tiny Tigers for children ages three to four, Little Tigers for ages five to six, and Basic Taekwondo for students aged seven and older. CTC also offers women’s self-defense seminars, summer camps, and birthday parties, giving families several ways to get involved beyond regular classes.

Training reflects the five tenets of Taekwondo: respect, indomitable spirit, integrity, self-control, and perseverance. The instructional team includes owners and head instructors Master Danny Gilbert and Master Shelley Gilbert, both fourth Dan black belts with more than 19 years of experience. Assistant instructors Alicia Miller and Emma Gilbert bring additional Taekwondo experience and black belt ranks. Located at 207 100 Rainbow Road, the centre invites prospective students and families to explore its programs and get started.
