Corporación Trabajo Decente - Colombia is a Civil Society Organization aimed at promoting profound social transformations towards a more inclusive, just, solidary, and diverse society. Through research, litigation, training, consultancy, communications, and project management, we strive to influence labor relations and policy-making decisions.

Our areas of expertise include litigation, where we offer our knowledge and experience to defend and restore labor rights at both the individual and collective levels. We also provide consultancy services, supporting parties in labor relationships with analysis, tools, and action plans to achieve satisfactory agreements. Furthermore, we offer training on topics of interest to trade unions, labor issues, and citizenship, tailored to the needs of different audiences.

We conduct applied research on labor relations, compensation structures, and labor conflicts. Additionally, we engage in activities to promote the participation of all stakeholders in labor relations, including decision-making spaces for labor policy and judicial operators.
