About Christ the King Parish
Christ the King Parish, established in 2019 at the request of Archbishop Anthony Mancini, is a vibrant multi-cultural Catholic community located in Dartmouth, NS. Created as part of the "New Parishes: Stronger Together" initiative, the parish unites the former St. Thomas More, St. Vincent de Paul, and La Mission la Sainte Famille communities under the mission of joyfully sharing Christ's love and making disciples.
Our parish values teamwork, individual care, authenticity, and a heart of service, ensuring that every member feels welcomed and supported. We offer a rich array of services, including regular Mass, confession, adoration, and religious education programs like Alpha and RCIA for those interested in exploring their faith or becoming Catholic. Additionally, our community hosts various ministries, events, and resources designed to engage and nurture spiritual growth among our members.
