Continental Control Systems (CCS) designs and manufactures power meters, energy monitors, and current transformers for electrical measurement and monitoring applications. Its product range includes power and energy meters for single- and three-phase systems, with operating voltages from 120 to 600 Vac. These meters provide revenue-grade accuracy and can measure more than 50 power-related values, including bidirectional power and energy for photovoltaic and net-metering applications. Communication options include BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus, and kWh pulse outputs.
CCS also offers multi-circuit meters with up to 48 current-transformer inputs, Modbus RTU and TCP communications, and an optional wireless 915 MHz connection. Its current transformers come in multiple families, window sizes, current ranges, and accuracy grades, including solid-core, split-core, and flexible Rogowski coil designs. For installations requiring an enclosure, the WattNode Meter Enclosure is a UL 508A-listed, NEMA 4-rated option in polycarbonate or steel, designed to house one meter and help reduce installation time and cost.
