Founded by Corné Flikweert and Kees Verspoor of the internet and marketing agency Vollan, ctrlDNS emerged from their firsthand experiences with the frustrations surrounding traditional DNS management practices. Previously hindered by slow processes that took days for simple DNS changes, they set out to create a tool that would streamline these tasks.

By developing ctrlDNS, they have provided a solution that allows users to efficiently manage DNS records, share access without compromising security, and minimize the potential for errors. This software simplifies the complexities of DNS management, enabling users to work independently and maintain control over their domain portfolios. Now accessible to anyone facing similar challenges, ctrlDNS stands as a testament to innovation born out of necessity, ensuring businesses can operate with greater speed, convenience, and confidence in their domain management.
