CTS

CTS is a New Zealand fishing rod manufacturer and retailer, known for producing high-performance rod blanks and building products for anglers and custom rod makers. Its first fishing rod blank came off the production line in Auckland in 1999, and the company continues to manufacture in New Zealand and ship worldwide.

CTS offers carbon and CrystalGlass™ fly rod blanks, conventional blanks, and custom fly rods, alongside complete fly rod building kits. Kits include the components needed to build a finished rod, with options for different materials and guide configurations, plus instructions designed to support builders of varied skill levels. Customers can personalize their rods with a broad range of paint colours.

The company also sells rod-building supplies, including grips, reel seats, winding checks, guides, tools, rod tubes and bags, as well as marine products, apparel, caps and gift vouchers. Through its website, CTS provides product information, an online building manual, customer support, and resources on its technologies and materials.
