About The CUBE Low Carbon Centre of Excellence
The CUBE Low Carbon Centre of Excellence is a Midlands-based national centre dedicated to promoting economic growth, innovation, and education in the Low Carbon and Renewables industry. As part of the Siro and Vodafone GigaBit Hub Initiative, The Cube is strategically positioned in Portlaoise, in the heart of the Midlands of Ireland. Our mission is to create a globally attractive location for sustainable-focused businesses by fostering a world-class cluster of skilled personnel, sustainable innovation development, and infrastructural capabilities.
At The Cube, we offer a range of products and services to support the transition to a low carbon economy. Our consultancy and training services cover carbon foot printing and emissions verification, as well as EU-ETS compliance. We also provide tools for carbon emissions reduction, mandatory GHG reporting, benchmarking, and sustainable supply chain management.
Additionally, we offer low carbon training programs to equip individuals and businesses with the necessary knowledge and skills. Supported by Enterprise Ireland and Laois County Council, The Cube is committed to ensuring that Ireland is future-proofed and well-positioned to benefit from the movement towards carbon neutrality.
