CubeSimulator.com is an independent fan project offering interactive online simulators for Rubik’s-style twisty puzzles. Its browser-based 3-D simulator lets users scramble and solve a virtual 3×3×3 cube, turn layers with a mouse, touch controls or keyboard, and rotate the view to inspect the puzzle from different angles. Users can also adjust puzzle dimensions to explore cuboids and a wide range of other designs.

The site features 42 puzzle simulators, including 2×2×2, 4×4×4 and 5×5×5 cubes, shape-mod puzzles, megaminx, Square-1, Skewb, Rubik’s Clock and a 4D Rubik’s Cube. Alongside the interactive tools, CubeSimulator.com provides puzzle facts, move notation, scrambling controls and guidance on beginner and speedcubing methods such as CFOP, Roux and ZZ. A linked solver can provide a step-by-step solution of up to 24 steps for a scrambled cube. The site also shares World Cube Association event and record information.
