Cuide-me

Cuide-me is a digital home-care platform that helps families find, organize, and monitor support for loved ones at home. It connects families with independent partner caregivers and other professionals, bringing the hiring process and day-to-day care coordination together in one app. Families can describe their needs, compare professional profiles and available information, and decide who they want to hire. Profiles may include contact details, documents, certifications, declared experience, and information from the platform’s registration and document checks, as well as reviews of appointments arranged through the service.

The platform supports a range of care situations, including transitions home after hospitalization, post-operative recovery, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and regular respite for family caregivers. Users can keep details about care recipients, appointments, agreed scopes, and important information in one place. Its Diário do Cuidado feature records observations and activities from each day’s appointment, so family members can follow the routine remotely. Cuide-me also offers guides and educational resources for families and care professionals, including training, practical guidance, and career-related content.
