Les Cuisines de Barbara is an independent bespoke kitchen design studio based in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, representing Häcker kitchens in Paris. Led by Barbara, a kitchen designer with 20 years of experience and a qualification in interior decoration, the studio creates kitchens tailored to each client’s needs, home and personal style. Barbara works closely with clients to plan the room, consider ergonomics and aesthetics, and select materials, functions and appliances.
Designs can suit a range of layouts, including open-plan, semi-open and enclosed kitchens, with features such as islands, bars or tables and combinations of wood, metal, stone and tiles. The studio’s partnership with German manufacturer Häcker spans more than 15 years; its kitchens accommodate varied designs and technical requirements. The portfolio includes kitchens in traditional, contemporary and other styles, as well as projects involving dressing rooms, bedrooms, home offices and utility spaces.
