Cuisine Sensible offers vegetarian and wild-food cooking courses and workshops in Cobonne, in France’s Drôme region, on the foothills of the Vercors. Led by cook Céline Hudelot, the business helps participants expand their culinary skills through seasonal, plant-based ingredients and practical techniques for turning them into flavorful dishes to recreate at home. Lessons explore how to bring out ingredients’ taste and nutritional qualities, combining traditional know-how with contemporary creativity.

Cuisine Sensible celebrates seasonal vegetables and wild plants, with a respectful approach to nature and food. Its warm workshop setting provides a place to discover the region’s ingredients and culinary traditions. Céline also travels for special requests, offering flexibility beyond her home base. Her work grew from cooking for a permaculture course, followed by training in permaculture and involvement in creating an eco-built home and agroecological park in the Drôme. In addition to courses and workshops, the website features an introduction to a series of wild-cooking recipe videos created for the Alvéoles online permaculture library, and information about her book.
