Culina

Culina is a private-chef and catering business based in Wānaka, serving the wider Central Otago region of New Zealand. Founded by chefs Nico and Wes after working in Wānaka’s leading restaurants, Culina brings locally sourced ingredients and the flavours of Aotearoa to private dining and special events. The team provides a full-service experience, preparing meals at clients’ homes, holiday houses, vineyards, boats and other venues, with no need for hosts to manage the cooking or clean-up.

Culina caters for occasions from breakfast and lunch to dinner, as well as snacks and canapés. Its menus include sharing-style feasts and set three-course meals, with dishes such as cured Ora King salmon, lamb, beef, seasonal vegetables and pavlova.
