Our mission is to disrupt the traditional approach to creative recruitment. We believe that all individuals possess creativity, and we aim to empower and support the talented creatives in Malaysia.

With over three decades of combined experience in the creative industry, our co-founders, Shermaine Wong, Manisha Jagan, and Lina Esa, have brought their expertise and passion to Cult Creative. Shermaine has a background in branding and marketing, while Manisha has extensive experience in talent management, and Lina has a deep understanding of publishing. Our journey began during the Movement Control Order in Malaysia, when we pivoted our event company to create content on Instagram.

Inspired by the support and traction we received, we decided to create a professional networking platform for future-focused creative professionals. Our platform connects like-minded individuals, enabling them to learn, grow, and thrive together. At Cult Creative, we believe in the power of creativity and aim to challenge stereotypes about creatives.
