Cultivating Inner Beauty

Cultivating Inner Beauty is a faith-based holistic wellness brand founded by Ashley Thompson, a cosmetic chemist and hair wellness educator. It supports Christian women seeking to understand hair and wellness concerns and care for their natural hair with greater clarity. The brand’s approach combines research-informed education, clean beauty guidance, nutrition and lifestyle topics, and faith-based encouragement, with an emphasis on exploring potential root causes rather than relying on products alone.

Services include a one-hour Holistic Hair Analysis and Product Strategy Session, one-to-one coaching, hair analysis, and cosmetic formulation consulting. The site also offers hair and wellness resources, a shop, a free community, and the Crown Care for Healthy Hair podcast, which covers subjects such as hair thinning, scalp health, stress, hormones, ingredients, and practical routines. Its educational focus also includes nutrition for gut and skin health, hormonal balance, and ingredient transparency. Through Ella’s Greatest Adventures, the brand shares faith- and identity-centered content for children, parents, and teachers.
