CULTURA Psychotherapy & Consulting is a brand founded by Dr. Treniece Lewis Harris, a highly experienced psychologist and former faculty member at Harvard Medical School. With over 20 years of expertise, Dr.
Harris is dedicated to providing therapy that values individuals and embraces their cultural backgrounds and social determinants of health. In addition to private referrals for psychotherapy, CULTURA offers consulting services to clinical directors and training programs, focusing on multicultural and diversity mental health curricula. Dr.
Harris also advises religious leaders on recognizing mental health difficulties and when to refer congregants for care. The CULTURAscope Model of Health & Advancement, developed by Dr. Harris, is at the core of the brand's mission to empower individuals and organizations worldwide.
Dr. Harris holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Howard University and has completed post-doctoral training at Harvard Medical School. She currently serves as an Associate Professor at Boston College and as a part-time Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School.
