Culture of Sports

Culture of Sports is a martial arts and fitness school in Osnabrück, led by owner Rafael Thiele and a team of specialist instructors. The school welcomes children, teenagers and adults, whether they are new to training or already experienced, and emphasizes a friendly, family-oriented environment built on respect, enjoyment and personal progress. Its programs include Wing-Tsun classes for children aged 5–8 and 8–12, adults aged 13 and over, and parent-child training for participants aged 5 and up.

Adults can also train in kickboxing, while free training and yoga are available to all. The instructors bring experience across disciplines including Wing Tsun, kickboxing, boxing, grappling, MMA, Muay Thai and wrestling. Alongside physical skills, classes aim to develop concentration, discipline, confidence, mutual respect and fair play.

Students can learn at their own pace, and those seeking an additional challenge may prepare for competitions with the team. Culture of Sports invites prospective members to visit its Osnabrück school and try a no-obligation training session
