Cumorah Academy is a non-profit private school with a mission to assist individuals in their desire to follow Jesus Christ and positively impact their lives, careers, homes, and communities. Founded by Patrick and Allyse Sedivy, the school aims to gather faithful disciples of Jesus Christ and like-minded individuals and empower them with knowledge, skills, and attributes that result in lasting happiness. Cumorah Academy prepares its students to be leaders in their families, the Church, their professions, and their communities.

The school's journey started in 1969 when Patrick's parents defected from communist Czechoslovakia in search of religious freedom. After witnessing the needs of young people in the Czech Republic, Patrick and Allyse felt a spiritual prompting to start a school in Europe. Today, Cumorah Academy operates with a small campus in the heart of Europe, providing high-impact semesters for students to learn essential leadership and personal development skills. The school values a strong spiritual foundation, equipping students with the abilities and values needed to make a positive difference in the world.

Through gospel-centered experiences, students can build lasting relationships, meet mentors and leaders, improve their English, and gain practical skills for a successful career while living in the beautiful Czech countryside. Cumorah Academy supplements traditional education and serves as a springboard to a happy and successful life in all facets.
