Cambridge University Orienteering Club

Cambridge University Orienteering Club (CUOC) is the dedicated orienteering club for members of the University of Cambridge, catering to a diverse group of approximately 30 members, from novices to international competitors. CUOC fosters a vibrant community through regular training sessions, which include technique training every Wednesday, and circuits training on Fridays, alongside opportunities for running and the unique Hare and Hounds experiences. The club also organizes thrilling training camps in the UK and abroad throughout the year, culminating in an annual Training Tour at a scenic location at the end of Michaelmas term.

Racing events form a significant part of CUOC's calendar, with prominent competitions like the BUCS, the Varsity Match, and the JK Festival scheduled during the Lent Term and Easter Holidays. Social events are also integral to the club’s offerings, building camaraderie among members. All activities are supported by an enthusiastic committee, dedicated to maintaining a welcoming and engaging environment for all orienteering enthusiasts.
