UAB Prosperitas Baltica is a real estate development and management company in Baltic States. One of the first shopping centres in Vilnius โ CUP dates back to 1974. Modernly refurbished and tailored shopping centre CUP is used not only for trade, but also for events and various kinds of entertainment. The total area of CUP covers 26 000 sq. m. There are more than 160 shops, 40 service places, 20 restaurants and cafes, as well as an above-ground parking with 350 parking spots. Taking into account the constantly growing demand for business centres, a new 7,300 sq. m. Business Centre CUP will rise in the centre of Vilnius city in the near future.
