Mariners Centre is a community recreation, sports, entertainment, and event destination serving Yarmouth and southwestern Nova Scotia from two facilities: Mariners Centre and Mariners on Main. Its spaces and programs support residents, visitors, athletes, and event organizers, with a focus on helping people play, connect, and enjoy local activities.

The facilities include two ice surfaces used for Jr. A and minor hockey, skating clubs, and public skating, as well as a fitness centre with cardio and weight equipment, studios, racquetball and basketball courts, and an indoor walking track. Aquatic offerings include public and lane swims, swimming lessons, pool parties, and swim-team activities. Outdoor courts, a splash park, and youth programming add further recreation options.

Mariners Centre also hosts concerts, trade shows, meetings, work retreats, birthday parties, and other events. Available spaces include meeting rooms, event venues, and skyboxes, with event services and booking support. The organization shares facility updates, schedules, membership and drop-in pricing information, and rental details, and also engages with the community through initiatives such as its Paint the Ice fundraiser.
