Curious.pub is a publishing service in development, designed to help people share ideas without getting bogged down in the technical mechanics of putting a website online. Its approach is that publishing is a human activity: creators should focus on exploring, writing, photographing, documenting, and building, while the service handles deployment.

Currently in testing, Curious.pub supports publishing Astro static sites from a terminal or through an agent using MCP. Users connect a repository, start a deployment, and watch the build run remotely in an isolated sandbox. Each change is previewed, and nothing goes live until the user approves it. Successful deployments receive a preview URL that remains available for 72 hours during the free trial. New accounts are open to everyone, subject to a daily limit and first-come availability.

Curious.pub is also developing a broader vision for conversation-based publishing, with more publishing platforms planned beyond Astro. The site shares notes on books, essays, talks, papers, and questions that inform its ideas about publishing.
