Curreio's innovative Curreio Cryo-EM Cycle is a new screening method primarily utilizing Cryo-EM single-particle analysis. As specialists in the operations required for Cryo-EM, from target protein expression to complex analysis with compounds, we are able to visualize what was previously unseen, enabling efficient and effective compound design for target proteins. The Curreio Cryo-EM Cycle can be applied not only to fundamental research in the search for hit compounds and lead compounds but also to a wide range of scenes in drug discovery.

It allows for the visualization of efficacy, pharmacology, toxicity, and mechanisms of action, enabling prompt problem-solving and project rescue in non-clinical and clinical stages.
