Cursed Dragon Ship Publishing is a small independent press based in Houston, Texas, founded by Kelly Lynn Colby. With the guiding idea “Escape the Mundane,” the publisher connects adventurous readers with speculative fiction authors and offers stories that open the door to fantastical worlds. Its specialties include horror, fantasy, and speculative fiction, with titles spanning supernatural and psychological horror, hard science fiction, romantasy, and crime-focused adventures.

The press publishes novels and series by a range of authors, including works such as Terry Madden’s Earth’s Exiles, Chuck Lang’s Sins of Saint Andrew, and Gregory D. Little’s Mutagen Deception. Readers can explore and purchase books through the publisher’s online shop, while authors can find information about submissions.

Cursed Dragon Ship also participates in literary and fan events, hosts book launches and cover reveals, and partners on writer-focused activities, including a planned retreat cruise with Wave Writers. Its Shore Leave Book Club further reflects the publisher’s interest in sustaining creative community and reader engagement
