Institutul de Training, Studii și Cercetări (ITSC) is an educational, social, scientific, and academic organization that offers a wide range of efficient, attractive, and comprehensive courses. They specialize in training individuals to become Trainers of Trainers (Formator de Formatori), Innovative Entrepreneurs, Competency Evaluators, Program and Training Providers, and more. All their courses are authorized by the Ministry of National Education and offer dual certification in accordance with European Framework and international education standards.

ITSC is dedicated to investing their collected funds into research in the fields of Education and Health, as well as providing scholarships for young individuals, persons with special needs, and disadvantaged individuals. They also allocate resources for innovative and competitive education, general research and education, civic education for young adults, study camps for youths, youth-oriented educational projects, and personal development. With a rich history dating back to 2000, ITSC has successfully organized numerous courses, study camps, and workshops for participants across the country.

In 2007, ITSC became an independent institution under the patronage of the National Confederation of Romanian Employers (CNIPMMR). They opened territorial centers in over 15 cities and began conducting Trainer of Trainers courses with participants from all over the country, achieving ISO certification. ITSC has a strong commitment to quality and innovation.

They implemented a cutting-edge course management IT system, as well as an innovative exam correction system that provides individual results within an hour after the exam, along with provisional certificates sent via email and SMS. Additionally, they have received certifications in international quality management systems, documenting their extensive activity in education, professional training, evaluation, courses, workshops, scientific conferences, study camps, research in human and exact sciences, and more. Throughout the years, ITSC has made significant contributions to the field of adult education and has built partnerships with organizations, schools, universities, professional bodies, and corporations.

They have also organized international conferences, seminars, and workshops, covering various topics related to professional training, coaching, entrepreneurship, psychology, sociology, sustainable development, and more. ITSC prides itself on its extensive network of experts, which includes over 50 professionals who have participated in training activities, knowledge exchanges, and project partnerships in Romania and countries such as the United Kingdom, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Norway, Israel, Thailand, and Hungary. With over 4,000 participants and graduates from various fields, ITSC has provided authorized courses in Training of Trainers, Sales Management, Sustainable Development, Equal Opportunities, ICT, Social and Civil Competencies, Entrepreneurial Competencies, and more.

They have also conducted studies and research and organized conferences and seminars in different cities throughout the country. ITSC has established partnerships with 40 education organizations, including private adult and youth education institutions, schools, universities, employer associations, and professional bodies. Through non-profit volunteer projects, ITSC has collaborated with NGOs, employer organizations, universities, Rotary Clubs, Rotaract Clubs, and Interact Clubs (within Rotary International).
