Customiser is an AI estimating and quoting platform for metal fabrication businesses. It helps teams turn customer RFQs— including 2D drawings, bills of materials, specifications, spreadsheets and other supporting documents—into structured, costed estimates and customer-ready quotes. The platform organizes incoming files, identifies parts, quantities and materials, and builds a bill of materials from drawing evidence.

Estimates use each company’s labour standards, material costs, rate cards and process rules, with unclear or conflicting information flagged for review rather than guessed. Teams can manage RFQs, jobs, estimates, quotes and reference data in one system, then approve quotes and send them to customers or export them to an ERP. Customiser supports revised drawing workflows and does not replace existing ERP or CAD systems; native CAD processing is not currently available.

Its services include a pay-as-you-go Standard plan and a custom-priced Enterprise plan, which offers options such as private VPC deployment and SSO. The company also emphasizes data isolation, encryption, access controls, audit logging and that customer documents are not used to train AI models
