Custom Roasts by Alex is a small, family-owned specialty coffee roaster focused on delivering fresh, flavorful coffee directly to customers. The company offers a selection of specialty beans, including coffees from Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and Guatemala, alongside blends such as Ethiopiques Version 2.0. Customers can choose from available product options and request roasts tailored to their preferences, bringing a personalized coffee experience to home brewing.
To preserve flavor and freshness, Custom Roasts prepares coffee in small batches throughout the day, packs it promptly, and ships orders within 24 hours of roasting. Its online store makes it convenient to browse and order coffee for home delivery. The brand emphasizes quality beans, careful roasting, freshness, and fair pricing, positioning its coffee as an alternative to both overpriced brews and stale grocery-store options. Customers can also explore brewing tips and coffee articles on the website. Free shipping is available on orders over $49, and shoppers can earn points toward discounts on future purchases.
