CVERTUEUX

Cvertueux is the ecological transition practice of Cécile Gau, who supports organisations and communities seeking practical ways to respond to environmental challenges. Combining tailored guidance, awareness-raising and training, Cvertueux helps teams build understanding, discuss change and identify concrete actions. Its work is designed to encourage staff engagement, support the success of environmental projects and create space for ideas about future action. It also helps organisations consider climate risk in their management and adapt without relying on misleading solutions.

Cécile Gau’s approach is grounded in a commitment to ecological action in both professional and personal life, and in training on the systemic issues involved in the transition. Her experience includes work as a trainer with Edeni and organising workshops on climate change, food and water. She has also contributed to Consign’UP, which promotes the return of glass bottles in Toulouse, and volunteered with Zero Waste Toulouse and a citizen group in Blagnac focused on reducing waste. Cvertueux also emphasises sharing ecological knowledge with younger generations.
