About Capital Wealth Advisors
CWA Turkey Drop is an annual community initiative organized by Capital Wealth Advisors (CWA) with St. Matthew’s House and local partners to provide Thanksgiving meals to families in Southwest Florida. Established in 2004, the tradition has grown from an initial donation of 25 turkeys into one of Collier County’s largest holiday dinner giveaways.
CWA and its volunteers assemble meal boxes for distribution across Collier and Lee counties, serving families in need, including seniors, veterans, people with disabilities, and low-income households. Each box provides a complete holiday dinner for four to six people, with items such as turkey, potatoes, vegetables, stuffing, cranberry sauce, eggs, and pie. The campaign aims to deliver 7,000 meal boxes and welcomes individual donations, meal sponsorships, and community partners.
Since its launch, CWA and its partners have donated more than 36,000 turkeys. St. Matthew’s House distributes the meals and also provides year-round food assistance and other support services.
