CWRF

The Children’s Welfare and Research Foundation (CWRF) is a UK registered charity dedicated to improving the lives of sick and disadvantaged children across the country. It works through charitable partnerships, directing support toward medical treatment, research, therapeutic services and experiences that bring joy to children and families.

In partnership with Great Ormond Street Hospital and the Skeletal Cancer Trust, the foundation helps children and young adults access needed treatments. Its support of Spread a Smile contributes to activities and events that offer comfort and enjoyment during lengthy hospital stays. Through Playskill, it helps preschool children with physical disabilities or developmental delays access therapeutic sessions, while families benefit from training and education.

CWRF raises funds through donations, sponsored charity events and gifts left in wills. It also hosts an annual charity golf day, with proceeds supporting its pledged charities. The foundation shares news about its fundraising and charitable work and invites individuals to donate, organise fundraisers or contact the team about legacy giving.
