CWSLAI, or Composite Wing Savings and Loan Association, Inc., is a renowned financial institution offering a wide range of products and services. With a humble beginning as a group thrift savings organization for military and civilian personnel of the 205th Tactical Operations Wing (TOW) of the Philippine Air Force, CWSLAI has grown into a trusted savings and loan association.

CWSLAI takes pride in its remarkable growth and performance, reaching a financial strength of P8.2 billion by the end of 2018. This achievement allows the association to maintain a competitive dividend rate of 16% per annum for deposits in the capital contribution account (CCA) and 7% per annum in savings deposit accounts (SDA).
