The Korean-Chinese Overseas Community Online Association is a forum for people connected to the Korean Chinese community to share experiences, preserve memories, and maintain friendships. Its discussion boards cover current affairs, everyday conversation, old photographs, personal recollections, reconnecting with hometown friends and former classmates, family life, literature and photography, and health and wellness. Members can post stories, exchange views, share images, and respond to one another’s contributions.

The site also includes sections for announcements, website guidance, and community feedback, helping members stay informed and participate in forum life. Topics range from travel accounts and reflections on the past to reunion memories, cultural activities, and practical discussions. By bringing these varied conversations together, the forum serves as an online meeting place for connection, reminiscence, creative expression, and mutual support.

It is organized as a user community with registration, member profiles, discussion threads, and photo-sharing features. The website describes no commercial products or paid services; its offerings are community forums and online sharing tools
