Cyclo-Camping International

Cyclo-Camping International is an association that brings together and informs people who travel by bicycle. It supports both newcomers and experienced cycle tourists through practical guidance, shared experience and opportunities to connect. Its website offers advice on choosing a touring bicycle and equipment, finding places to sleep, planning journeys and exploring destinations, alongside country profiles and travel stories from members across France, Europe and the world.

The association publishes the Manual for Bicycle Travel, a guide developed from the experience of hundreds of current and former members and available through its festivals, website and bookshops. Subscribers can also receive its quarterly magazine in print or PDF, featuring travel accounts, information and practical feedback. Cyclo-Camping International organizes bicycle-travel festivals with films, discussions, workshops, exhibitions and exhibitors, and offers an annual grant of €3,000, shared among one to three projects by travelers under 30. Members arrange local and themed rides and can participate in the Cyclo Accueil Cyclo reciprocal welcome network, which encourages hospitality and mutual support among bicycle travelers.
