Centre for Youth Empowerment and Civic Education (CYECE) is a non-governmental and not-for-profit organization established in March 1997. With a mission to address the socio-economic development issues affecting children and young people in Malawi, CYECE stands as a steadfast advocate for their rights. They work tirelessly to ensure that children's rights are respected, protected, and fulfilled.

CYECE offers a range of programs and services to achieve its goals. They focus on areas such as child rights promotion, meaningful youth participation, youth sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and HIV prevention.
