Cypress Girls Softball League (CGSL) has been a staple in the Cypress, California community since 1970, providing girls with the opportunity to learn and play the beloved game of softball. As a proud member of the Central District of the Southern California Amateur Softball Association of America (ASA), CGSL offers recreational Junior Olympic softball to girls of all ages. CGSL is committed to the safety of its players and has recently implemented a new face mask policy.

Pitchers are now required to wear fielding face masks during games and live pitching in practices. Infield players are strongly recommended to wear face masks, while outfield players are encouraged to do so as well. Registration for the upcoming 2023 Fall Season is now closed, but CGSL offers various programs throughout the year.

The league follows USA Softball's new age qualifications, ensuring players compete with peers of their own grade level. Join CGSL and be a part of a longstanding tradition of softball excellence in Cypress, where girls can develop their skills, make lasting friendships, and create memories on the field. Contact CGSL for more information and get involved in the exciting world of girls softball today!
