Delotor is a Russian-language online forum organized around community discussion, advertising, and a large marketplace. Its sections cover forum news and rules, member services, useful articles, seller listings, and dispute resolution. The project promotes a guarantor service intended to help protect participants’ money and rights in online transactions, and provides procedures for complaints and arbitration. It also offers advertising placements and links to a Telegram channel and an onion site, with instructions to access the latter through the Tor browser.

The marketplace features listings and services across many categories, including digital accounts, software, currency exchange, payment wallets, cards, business services, and financial assistance. Forum categories also include documents and certificates, cash and transfer services, loans, and cybersecurity-related offerings. Delotor presents seller status and “verified” labels on some listings, alongside community feedback and discussion threads. The site’s breadth reflects a forum-based model: users browse topic areas, communicate with sellers, review posts, and consult marketplace or dispute-related resources.
