D4C, short for Delivering 4 Customers, is an unincorporated Joint Venture consisting of John Holland, ServiceStream, and WSP. As the Regional Delivery Consortia (RDC), D4C is responsible for providing design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management services for Sydney Water's South region.
