Daan Hofman Uitvaartbegeleider

Daan Hofman is an independent funeral celebrant and funeral guide who supports families in creating a personal, fitting farewell. Available day and night by phone, he works throughout the Netherlands and can assist regardless of where a family’s funeral insurance is held. His approach combines professional organisation with empathy, flexibility and creativity, while making room for relatives to shape the service and share what matters to them.

Daan guides families through the practical and personal decisions that follow a death, helping coordinate the arrangements and offering support before, during and after the funeral. He also welcomes conversations about planning a funeral in advance, so people can record their wishes and provide reassurance for those close to them. For families considering his services, he offers a no-obligation conversation.

Daan charges a fixed basic fee and prepares a transparent cost estimate in advance. He is not tied to large funeral companies or particular suppliers, leaving families free to make their own choices. Third-party expenses are passed on without commission.
