Dac-Eemland

DAC Eemland is a day activity centre serving people in Soest, Amersfoort and the surrounding area. Its approach is based on participants’ strengths and self-reliance, with activities shaped around their abilities, interests and wishes. Across a range of indoor and outdoor locations, the organisation aims to provide a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment where people can be themselves, feel valued and enjoy meaningful daily activities.

DAC Eemland offers varied opportunities for participation, practical challenges and useful tasks, while encouraging connection with the local community. Activities include creative pursuits, sport and movement, animal care for rabbits and small rodents, and work with a practical team. Participants can also enjoy social activities such as playing games and sharing conversation. The centre emphasises enjoyment, companionship and making a positive contribution together.

DAC Eemland also welcomes volunteers and offers opportunities for placements and internships. Volunteers may support participants through creative activities, games or conversation, and are encouraged to bring their own ideas and initiative to help create a friendly atmosphere.
