The organisation supports NDIS participants aged seven and over, older Australians and their carers. Registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission since 2020, dacsa is also a registered aged care provider and delivers Support at Home services. Its independently certified quality management system underpins a person-centred approach: the team listens to each person’s goals and routine, then works with them to plan suitable support.

Services include personal care, such as help with showering, dressing and meals; household tasks including cleaning, cooking and yard maintenance; and life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and using public transport. dacsa also offers community participation, transport to appointments and activities, NDIS support coordination and plan management. For older Australians, its Support at Home services can include personal care, transport, cleaning, shopping and meal support.
