️John Adams ️

Dad Blog UK is an award-winning personal blog by John Adams, sharing the experiences and perspectives of a UK father and primary carer. Since 2011, John has cared for his two daughters and managed the household while his wife worked full-time; the blog grew from telling their family’s story. Its articles offer an honest look at fatherhood, parenting, family life and the practical realities of caring for children.

The site covers a wide range of topics, including childcare, education, family finances, health and fitness, pregnancy and early childhood, teenagers, stepfamilies, and flexible working and shared parental leave. Readers can also find book reviews, recipes, travel and days-out ideas, home improvement, motoring advice, men’s style and grooming, photography, and family technology and online safety. Posts include personal reflections alongside reviews and practical guidance, with subjects ranging from family road trips and car maintenance to changing social trends and home styling. Dad Blog UK also offers a newsletter, a media kit and opportunities for brands to work with the blogger, alongside contact information and media coverage.
