Dagbesteding Ontmoeting, part of Zorggroep Hof en Hiem, offers older adults a welcoming place to spend time in a comfortable, homelike setting. Its small-group day program combines personal attention with opportunities for connection, relaxation and enjoyable activities. Guests can take part in creative pursuits, gentle movement and social moments, such as sharing a cup of coffee, or choose quiet time for themselves.
The program is shaped around each person’s interests and needs, and the team provides individual guidance in a group of no more than eight guests. Regular outings also give participants something special to look forward to. With an emphasis on structure, routine and a friendly atmosphere, Dagbesteding Ontmoeting aims to help each guest feel at ease and included.
The service is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a. m. to 3:30 p.
m., at Dekamalaan 15 in Sneek. For information about the possibilities, visitors can contact day-activity coordinator Hendrika Timmerman by phone or through the website’s contact form, and are welcome to visit
