Daily Times Nigeria is a leading news and information agency founded in 1926, originally known as the Nigeria Printing and Publishing Company. With a rich heritage, it has established itself as Nigeria's most influential newspaper, especially during its golden years when it published over twenty titles. After facing significant challenges and government takeovers, the company was privatized in 2004 and is now owned by Folio Communications Limited.

Daily Times Nigeria offers a wide range of services, including timely and factual news reports across various sectors, such as politics, business, entertainment, and sports. In addition to print media, it provides audiovisual content to cater to its global audience. One of its notable assets is the Daily Times Library and Archives, which houses the largest collection of journalism materials in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Continuous efforts towards digitizing these archives reflect the brand's commitment to preserving its historical significance while adapting to modern media consumption
